This study aims to determine the planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of superior class education programs at MTsN 2 Medan. uses a qualitative method. type method used is naturalistic interactive, namely research on natural reciprocal relationships. Based this approach, according researcher, it very relevant because find out how implementation program management MTs N There are five findings in after data reduction/exposure carried out, namely: planning policy Head Regional Office Ministry Religion. Second, organizing classes by establishing/holding an exceptional coordinator, coordinator. Third, addition subjects related tutoring. Fourth, supervision Medan was cooperating with principal madrasah The last, flagship (once month) tutoring collaboration madrasah.
